How does Wellness Tribe work? Wellness Tribe is a monthly recurring subscription delivering well-being in a box. Each month you will receive a new care package of 5-8 natural products, snacks, and lifestyle items hand selected by our Wellness Expert and Eastern Medicine Physician, Taylor Winn. Who is Wellness Tribe for? Whether you are a yogi, self-proclaimed health nut or just looking for a natural approach to health and happiness, Wellness Tribe is for you! Who doesn't love a box of good-for-you goodies delivered to your door every month? No one.

What's inside a Wellness Tribe box? Each month you will receive a care package of 5-8 natural wellness products designed to help you live your wellthiest life. Boxes will differ each month but will include a mix of natural body and beauty products, organic superfoods and snacks, herbal medicinals, and wellness accessories. Join the Tribe for just $39.95 a month!

How do you decide what goes into your box? (Quality Standards) We are dedicated to creating monthly care packages that support your healthy lifestyle and introduce you to natural brands, awesome products, and small companies that you may not have known about. It is important to us that the brands we feature pride themselves on using premium natural ingredients and operate under ethical and eco-friendly practices. All of the products we feature are reviewed and approved by our team, led by our co-founder & Wellness Expert, Taylor Winn, LAc, AP, MTOM, DAOM(candidate).

So you have an expert? Yes! Taylor Winn is our Wellness Expert (she has the credentials, passion, and experience to prove it!). Taylor leads our team in each month's selection process. Check out her full bio on our About page!

SHIPPING, BILLING & MEMBERSHIP

I just joined, when will I be billed again? Welcome to the Tribe! You will not be billed again until AFTER you have received your first box. Re-billing happens on the 10th of the month, in advance of your next shipment which will ship at the end of each month.

How often will I be billed for my subscription? Signing up for Wellness Tribe means opting into a recurring membership that bills you every month. All subscriptions rebill each month on the 10th, in advance of your next shipment. Wellness Tribe boxes are delivered the first week of each month.

When do I get my first box? Sign up on or before the 29th of the month to get next month’s box, which ships the first week of each month. All orders processed after the 29th will ship the month after the upcoming month.

How do you ship your boxes? Wellness Tribe is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail. For international shipments we use USPS First Class International Service.  We ship our boxes the last week of each month so you get your box at the beginning of each month!

How do I cancel my account? (Cancellation Policy) If you are not completely satisfied with your Wellness Tribe subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are re-billed for the next shipment, you need to contact Wellness Tribe prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month. Email: council@wellnesstribe.com We will respond back to most messages in under 24hrs! If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 28th of the month to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 28th. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped.

How do I receive a refund? If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 28th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped. If you have missing items or the box is damaged, we'll be happy to help you out! To contact us email council@wellnesstribe.com
